- Usage Data: Anonymous data about how you interact with the platform (such as which darkroom studios you view, what photography tutorials you save, or search terms you use) to help us tailor recommendations to your interests. This data is never linked to your personal identity unless you explicitly give us permission to do so.
- Payment Information: We do not store full credit card or banking details on our servers. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers, who only share with us the minimum information required to confirm your order status and process refunds if needed.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver the services you request: process your film development orders, sync your negative archive across devices, and enable community interactions if you choose to have a public profile.

You retain full ownership and control over all content you upload to Rekki, and you have the right to:

- Delete individual content items, or request full deletion of your account and all associated data. We will permanently erase all your data within 30 days of your request, except for any data we are required to retain for legal record-keeping purposes.

Data Security & Retention
We use end-to-end encryption for all stored content, regular security audits, and redundant backup systems to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, or damage, just like we would store original film negatives in a climate-controlled darkroom archive.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently erase all your personal data as noted above, unless we are required to retain specific records for legal compliance purposes.
